STEP 1
Preparing your files
To ensure the best printing quality, make sure to review the guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Generally, you will want to make sure you are working with:
- 300dpi/600dpi file resolution
- CMYK color mode
- Able to save and send your files in .PSD or .AI file type

STEP 2
Contact our services
You can reach our team through the contact form on our website, via email, or through any of the network services we’ve provided. When contacting us, be sure to include all the necessary details for your order along with your design files.
- For subject of the message, uses [type of product] as a head for your e-mail
- Be sure to include all of the important details of the orders we need for the product you want to order, such as the quantity of the order, the materials, material types, etc.
- Do not forget to include the design files you want us to use and be sure that you enabled us to access all of your files
- The files uploaded can be done both as attachments or in Google Drive

STEP 3
Payment and wait
Once you’ve confirmed your order details, we will send you back with the confirmed details for your designs and the order payment. During this process, you are free to talk to us for any adjustment with the design and the order costs.
We’ll begin working on your custom prints right away after both parties (us) have agreed to the final decisions and the payment process is done.
Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order, so you’ll always know what to expect.
